The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The facilities are great, including a spa and golf course on-site. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is available on the property and transportation options are easily accessible.

Wonderful chef in this hotel. Almost everyone speaks Russian. Next to the ski slope. Mineral water in the hotel is its own and well-cleaned. Good service in the spa it is breakfast. Strong wi-fi.

We took a two-bedroom room. Behind the wall was a freight elevator, which woke up at 6.00 am. The talented architect did not think that at night people were sleeping) Thanks to the booking we were moved to another room. But be careful when booking.Find out if you have an elevator behind the wall) Sometimes at breakfast there are a lot of Chinese people. They behave very uneducated. They walk around in outer clothing. They grab appliances from your desk. Very noisy. But by 9.00 they leave and it becomes quiet.

Magnificent location with stunning views. Great pool with panoramic windows and magnificent views of the sunset, very comfortable beds, own spring with excellent mineral water.

There's too much for the European 5*. It's not a rosy impression of Floating. sense of old age and scruffiness. the bathing complex... Lived in a separate wing, constantly had to walk in the dark 15-20 meters on the wall to touch the light manually. bag contained a welcome bottle of champagne and strawberries. After cleaning the next day, maid simply stuck an empty bottle of champagne with glasses and dirty dishes in the recess of the fire cabinet opposite our room. it did, at 11:00, maid was met on her way up to our room. In a mixture of different languages, she was very dissatisfied with the insistence that she had to clean up now, because then she had to go to the main building and did not want to go there... first thing we met from the road was the unlocked shower door. restaurant, with all the waiter professionalism, treats the customer as a burden, not a guest. work of the restaurant and lobby bar is announced until 23:00. On the last day at 22:25 Porto came down for a drink, everything was closed long ago. I understand that there are few guests. then change the declared opening hours. They left at 06:30. I warned you in advance, asked you to call a taxi. Breakfast from 07:00. Is it really so difficult to make a nice last, wrap some sandwiches or at least some apple and yogurt? hotel's got a 24-hour exchanger. God forbid it's not the best course. when I was short a couple of hundred crowns and asked if I could change not $100, for example 30 or 50. No, there's no change... If it weren't for the place and pool itself, disappointment would be complete.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We loved the spacious and clean room with a beautiful view. The staff was polite and professional, providing us with a great selection of drinks and free parking. The key location was perfect, surrounded by nature with a mineral water source on the premises. The pool was clean and we had a relaxing time there.

The air conditioning was ineffective, and the outdoor fans were too loud during the night, making it hard to sleep. We were disappointed that we had to reserve the thermal zone as a private area, and there was an extra charge.

The hotel decoration and furnishings were top rate. The setting, above Marienbad, was superb. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The mosaic-lined swimming was a work of art. The restored, 19C elevator was also a work of art. The service in the breakfast was warm and friendly.

Except for the breakfast room, the service was not worthy of a five-star hotel. The reception desk was civil and polite, but uninformed and very cool. The waiters in the restaurant were forgetful and inefficient. The swimming pool had bread crumbs scattered about. One had to reserve and pay for use of the sauna and steam bath--unacceptable in a five-star hotel.

we were greeted very warmly by the hotel staff...the rooms were very spacious,bright,super clean and very comfortable...beautiful views from the rooms...close enough to town...beautiful forest surrounding the hotel...the restaurant-bar staff were amazing,always smiling and very helpful...

there could be more english channels on TV,there are only news channels,but no movie channels...also, the fact that guests staying at the hotel have to pay to use the pool seems unfair.

The hotel is located in a peaceful forested area with spa amenities on site. The breakfast options are decent. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large windows offering a picturesque view of the surrounding nature.

The hotel's WiFi connection is very poor and unreliable throughout the property.

Charm of the hotel, location above the city, welcome reception, room service, rooms.

Would have thought a 5 star spa hotel would have at least a jaccuzzi, steam room and / or sauna for use, which wasn't a paid for extra or require advanced booking.

Great food and service, with amazing views from the room. Conveniently located in a serene area and within walking distance of the city center. The staff spoke excellent English and were very accommodating to all requests.

Weak Wi-Fi signal in the room and the lack of a kettle or coffee machine. The bed in the room was uncomfortable and made noise.

Large and spacious room, good wifi, well decorated room. Guarded parking. Nice view from room.

We stayed in the so called 1+1 suite. The major problems are: 1. Just a small curtain to cover the window of bathroom: can easily see through from outside, which is a balcony connected to other rooms in the same floor. 2. Large dark suspended particulates found in the water from bath: called the staff to check, but were informed that the technician were already off work, hence nothing can be done until the next day. But we stayed there for only one night! 3. Water leaking from shower, the whole bathroom floor is very wet! 4. Poor breakfast, limited choice 5. Staff speaks very limited English 6. Walking distance is 10 mins from the town. The walk is very dark at night.

How it work in 5 star hotel? - rest. stuff answered to room order: we are busy with one night group service and you have to wait - is it correct answer to the customer?

The location, rooms, waterpool, restaurant, and staff are perfect. The territory around the hotel is beautiful.

I've visited the hotel with my wife and 1 year old baby. We've been pleased with excelent food, very good room service, good location(walking shortcuts to signing fontaine), kids friendly environment with playground next to the hotel, very friendly staff in breakfast and dinner restaurants, nice pool in hotel. Big rooms(nice balcony view). Very relaxing in overal.

No wifi signal in room for mobile devices. Front desk's staff advice to use wifi in lobby or hallway should not be the solution(wifi routers/extenders?). Please improve.

Foul smell. We experienced some weird sewage-like smell coming out of the A/C and kitchen burnt-oil smell coming in through the windows.
